Welcome to Salon & Parlour. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our salon services and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our salon, booking appointments, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Salon & Parlour provides professional beauty and wellness services including but not limited to:

  • Hair cutting, styling, and coloring services
  • Facial treatments and skincare services
  • Body treatments and massage therapy
  • Nail care and nail art services
  • Makeup and beauty services
  • Men’s grooming services

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Inform us of any allergies or medical conditions
  • Follow pre and post-treatment care instructions
  • Respect salon staff and other clients
  • Pay for services as agreed

4. Age Restrictions

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain services. Chemical treatments may require parental consent.

Booking Policy

1. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through:

2. Advance Booking

We recommend booking appointments at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for:

  • Bridal and special occasion services
  • Chemical treatments (coloring, straightening, etc.)
  • Weekend and holiday appointments
  • Services longer than 2 hours

3. Payment Policy

Important: All payments are final and non-refundable once services are booked and paid for. This policy applies to all advance payments, deposits, and full payments made for any service.

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI Payments
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
  • Net Banking

Advance Payment Requirements:

  • Bridal packages: 50% advance payment required
  • Party/Event makeup: 30% advance payment required
  • Hair treatments over ₹3000: 25% advance payment required
  • Group bookings: 40% advance payment required

Please Note: Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We recommend carefully reviewing your booking details before making payment.

4. Booking Confirmation

  • All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior
  • Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled
  • We will send confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp
  • Please save our contact number for updates

5. Group Bookings

  • Groups of 3 or more require advance booking
  • Special rates available for bridal parties
  • Advance payment mandatory for group bookings
  • Minimum 48 hours notice required

6. Service Duration

Please note approximate service times:

  • Basic haircut: 45-60 minutes
  • Hair coloring: 2-3 hours
  • Bridal makeup: 2-3 hours
  • Facial treatments: 60-90 minutes
  • Body massage: 60-90 minutes

Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy: All payments made for services are strictly non-refundable. This includes advance payments, deposits, and full payments. Once payment is processed, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Appointment Cancellation Timeline

Standard Services:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Appointment can be rescheduled (payment non-refundable)
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full payment forfeited
  • No show: Full payment forfeited

Premium Services (Bridal, Event, Chemical Treatments):

  • More than 48 hours notice: Appointment can be rescheduled (payment non-refundable)
  • 24-48 hours notice: Rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability)
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full payment forfeited
  • No show: Full payment forfeited

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking
  • No additional charges for one-time rescheduling (if done with proper notice)
  • Multiple reschedules may incur additional charges
  • Rescheduling subject to availability
  • Payment made is non-refundable even when rescheduling

Important: Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund. The amount paid will be adjusted against the new appointment date.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • Up to 15 minutes late: Service will proceed with reduced time
  • 15-30 minutes late: Service may be shortened or rescheduled
  • More than 30 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled (no refund)
  • Late arrivals may affect service quality and duration

5. Cancellation by Salon

In rare cases where we need to cancel your appointment due to:

  • Staff illness or emergency
  • Equipment failure
  • Force majeure events

We will reschedule your appointment at the earliest available slot without any additional charges.

6. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies:

In case of genuine medical emergencies (with proper documentation), we may offer:

  • Rescheduling within 60 days
  • Service credit for future use
  • No cash refunds under any circumstances

Weather Conditions:

  • Appointments cancelled due to severe weather can be rescheduled
  • No refunds will be provided
  • Service credits may be offered for future use

Final Policy: Under no circumstances will any refund be provided in cash, bank transfer, or any other form. All payments are final once made. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all services and situations.
